Cabalgadura Mezcal

Cabalgadura Mezcal is owned by Casa Cabalgadura, which began as a tequila brand from Jalisco. Their mezcal is produced at Mezcalera La Flor, a site with more than a century of mezcal producing history in the town of Ahualulco, San Luis Potosi. The tiny town only exists to support this production facility. It’s the only game in town, so if you see a mezcal from this town, it was produced at this facility.
