Claridad Mezcal

Claridad Mezcal was founded by Francisca D’Acosta and Ofer Levy. The brand’s name, Claridad, means clarity, which is noteworthy as that describes a core component of the brand’s mission. They strive to create the best possible alternative to the startup brands that are currently flooding the mezcal scene. Many of these brands are often called conejo or rabbit brands in Mexico due to their tendency to come and go quickly. It has become increasingly difficult for producers to know who operates with integrity and trust. For D’Acosta and Levy, this is the very problem that they seek to solve with the Clarity Mezcal brand.
