Laguna Seca Mezcal

The origins of mezcal production at the Ex-Hacienda de Laguna Seca date back more than 300 years, thanks to the settlement of Carmelite friars within the hacienda grounds. These friars were avid producers of spirits. Their centuries-old process continues to be honored to this very day.
