Los Perditos Mezcal is a series of single barrel releases made from select wild and semi-cultivated maguey in Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca. After distilling in traditional clay pot stills by the Arellanes brothers (Germaín, Bezaleel and Armando), the spirits are then rested in French oak barrels previously used for Cognac, Armagnac and Calvados.
