Mezcalum is the project of Erin and Abe Lichy, and childhood friend Chris Roth. The founding team includes Maestro Mezcalero Carlos Mendez Blas, a partner in the business. The name refers to the brand’s tagline: Distilled in Oaxaca. Inspired by Tulum.
