Quiote

Quiote Mezcaleria is located in the historic Barrio de Xochimilco, the Oaxaca city’s oldest neighborhood. They promote maestros and maestras mezcaleros and their traditional production process. They travel all over Oaxaca to source small-production mezcal and showcase the hard work of maestros and maestras whose recipes and knowledge have been passed down for generations and shared through family and their community.
