123 Organic Extra Añejo (Diablito) is a Jalisco tequila aged in new American white oak barrels. This 100 percent Tequilana agave spirit from NOM 1480 matures for forty months in Los Valles. The golden liquid reveals cooked agave, vanilla, and caramel notes on the nose. Dense flavors of butterscotch, honey, chocolate, cinnamon, and pepper follow through on the palate. A long finish offers warmth and lingering sweetness with distinct oak character that balances sweet wood against agave essence while delivering a solid structure.
