17.02.09 Tequila Blanco is a tequila classified as a blanco type. This spirit bears NOM 1570 and originates from Jalisco’s Ciénega region. The distillery uses Agave tequilana Weber variedad azul for production. Stone brick ovens cook the hearts before tahona milling breaks them down. Fermentation occurs in wood tanks with fibers to enhance complexity. Copper pot stills distill the liquid twice for a clean finish. The result is an unaged expression that highlights the raw agave character without any wood influence from barrel aging processes.

Olfactory Phase
Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.
