Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks using deep well water before double distillation in pot stills. The profile highlights agave presence with subtle sweetness and spice from the barrel. Notes of maple syrup and vanilla appear on the nose and palate, accompanied by pepper. The finish is smooth and woody, though some detect a thin metallic quality. Alcohol warmth remains minimal without burn.
