Cinco Sentidos Papalote, Pizorra, y Azul
Cinco Sentidos Papalote, Pizorra, y Azul is a Destilado de Agave blend from San Pablo Ameyaltepec, Puebla. Producer Delfino Tobón Mejia combines Marmorata, Potatorum, and Tequilana agaves in this post-distillation mix. The aroma presents clementine, ginger, cinnamon cream, leather, and soft smoke on the nose. Palate notes reveal sweet agave, candy corn, minerality, and a drying finish with bright spice. This liquid delivers chocolate and lingering presence despite lacking viscosity in the glass. The copper still and shredder milling shape its distinct character for the drinker to enjoy fully today.
