Adoro Tequila Reposado is a 100% agave spirit from Jalisco. It uses Tequilana agave grown in Los Valles under NOM 1137. The distillery cooks the hearts in stone ovens before milling them with a screw mill. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks using deep well water for three distillations. The liquid rests in American White Oak barrels to develop its profile. Prominent black pepper notes define the palate while maintaining high drinkability. This straightforward expression highlights the natural qualities of the agave and aging process without overwhelming the senses.
