Agavales Añejo Tequila is a 100% agave spirit from Jalisco. NOM 1438 produces this expression in Los Valles using Tequilana agave. Stone and brick ovens cook the hearts before autoclave processing. Roller mills extract juice fermented in stainless steel tanks with deep well water. Double distillation in pot stills yields a 40% abv liquid aged in American White Oak barrels. Pronounced vanilla and oak notes define its profile. The finish remains smooth with a distinct sweetness that balances the intense wood character.
