Agave Dos Mil Tequila Añejo Gran Reserva is a NOM 1079 spirit aged for fifteen years in bottle. It presents aromatic layers of fruit, citrus, and spicy barrel notes with greenish oak undertones. The palate offers pepper, baking spices, and appealing oiliness while agave remains prominent. A creeping heat emerges with a bitter edge on the finish, and light vanilla notes persist. Extended bottle aging may have diminished some original clarity, yet this tequila retains a distinct character defined by its long maturation process.
