Agave Loco Pepper Cured Tequila is a reposado from Jalisco. The spirit uses 100 percent Tequilana agave and NOM 1137. Stone oven cooking and screw mill milling define its base. Pepper aromas dominate the nose while jalapeno flavors linger on the palate. This tequila shines in spicy margaritas rather than as a neat sipper. The smooth profile contrasts with the intense initial scent of real peppers. Stainless steel fermentation and double distillation ensure a clean finish for every pour. Copper coil stills add subtle warmth to the final spirit character.
