Eduardo Angeles blends Marmorata and Rhodacantha agave using hand milling and clay pot distillation. The nose presents creme brulee crust alongside smoked gruyere cheese notes. Initial palate flavors reveal lime soda and minerality reminiscent of a clay vessel. Smoky vanilla bean persists through an extended finish with floral bitterness and slight heat at forty-seven percent ABV. This precise blend showcases the distinct character of these specific agave species without any unnecessary embellishment or filler ingredients in the final spirit.
