AgaveLuz Tequila Añejo is a tequila aged in American White Oak barrels. Jalisco produces this spirit from Agave tequilana Weber variedad azul. NOM 1480 certifies the distillery in Los Valles using stone brick ovens. Roller mills process the cooked agave before open air fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Two distillations in a still with copper coil yield 40% abv deep well water. The extended maturation imparts a rich amber hue to the final product. This careful aging process ensures a complex profile that honors traditional methods while delivering modern precision in every pour for the discerning palate.
