Agavemio Mango & Pineapple is a blanco tequila infused with fruit. This Jalisco spirit from Los Valles uses Tequilana agave under NOM 1438. The producer cooks the hearts in stone ovens and an autoclave before milling with a roller mill. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks using deep well water, followed by two distillations in a pot still. The result is a 35% abv spirit that blends traditional blanco structure with vibrant mango and pineapple notes for modern palates seeking approachable agave expressions.

Olfactory Phase
Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.
