Agua de México Tequila Reposado is a 100% Tequilana agave spirit from Jalisco. NOM 1507 marks this expression aged in French oak for eight months. Stone and brick ovens cook the hearts before roller mill milling. Open-air fermentation in stainless steel tanks follows two copper pot distillations. Natural spring water supports the 40% abv profile with vanilla and caramel notes. Peppery spice and baking cinnamon define the palate alongside subtle fruit hints. Lingering oak bitterness balances the sweet finish on a medium viscosity mouthfeel.
