Agua Mágica Ensamble is a forty percent ABV mezcal blending Espadín and Tobalá agave. This batch presents soft, herbal notes alongside mineral undertones of cucumber and melon. The profile includes sweet elements like banana and vanilla, balanced by fresh green chili and mild smoke. While some sources note synthetic hints or thin texture, others describe it as easy to sip neat with a pleasant floral finish. The spirit offers a distinct personality through its ensemble of agave varieties, delivering sweet undertones and earthy sweetness.

Color: Crystalline, very bright, with slight cold flashes could be perceived such as silver, very faint bluish or cold light gray under certain lighting conditions. Clarity: Clean and transparent, without impurities or turbidity.
Olfactory Phase
Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.

Taste Phase
Citrus and spicy taste profile, with defined flavors of mandarin, grapefruit and cinnamon, which provide a fresh and vibrant acidity. Sweet notes of pineapple are perceived and a sweetness reminiscent of caramel. Acidic flavors predominate, accompanied by a subtle sweetness. The alcoholic sensation is medium-low. The aftertaste shows an average persistence, dominated by citrus notes and fruity. Notes of pineapple, orange and lime are perceived. The alcoholic sensation and astringency is low, allowing the final notes to be expressed clearly and softness.

About the Brand
Agua Mágica’s mission is to redefine mezcal as a global luxury spirit to give rise to the artisans and communities of Oaxaca. Recontextualizing the mezcal drinking experience and elevating the spirit empowering the mezcaleros and community behind Agua Mágica. The brand has partnered with Maestro Mezcalero Rogelio Juan Hernandez, who is part owner of the brand and co-owner of Agua Mágica’s palenque. Through this partnership, Agua Mágica provides the upfront capital and human resources necessary for him to produce mezcal full time. Additionally, the brand is committed to donating 5% of its profits to sustain independent, family-run mezcal production.
