Alto Canto Blanco is a tequila from NOM 1636 in Jalisco. It uses Tequilana agave cooked in brick ovens and milled with a tahona. The spirit rests for twenty-five days in white oak barrels before bottling. Aromas feature cooked agave, lime, and minerals on the nose. Palate notes include black pepper, mint, and vanilla sweetness. The finish offers lingering floral tones that balance the citrus elements. Spontaneous fermentation in wood tanks adds complexity to this clear spirit. Natural spring water supports the clean profile of this Jalisco expression.

Olfactory Phase
Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.
