The spirit undergoes double distillation in a stainless steel pot still. Raw agave, pepper, and citrus notes emerge on the nose clearly. Chalky minerality dominates the palate while a slightly medicinal finish lingers briefly. This profile reflects the direct nature of this specific blanco expression found in samples from El Buho.
