Amor Mío Extra Añejo Ceramic Bottle is a 40% abv tequila from Jalisco. This Extra Añejo uses Tequilana agave processed in Los Valles under NOM 1466. Stone brick ovens cook the hearts before roller mill milling and stainless steel fermentation. Two distillations in pot stills yield a profile of caramel, vanilla, and cherry. Oak and peppercorn spice appear alongside light body notes on the palate. The finish offers medium sweetness with hints of chocolate and tobacco that linger softly. This spirit balances wood sweetness with gentle heat, defining its unique structure for the palate.
