Sour beer notes and cooked agave define the nose alongside dried fruit and wood. Spicy peppery flavors lead to dark coffee and caramel on the palate. Hops linger in a finish marked by light honey and citrus, creating a unique profile that challenges traditional reposado norms while offering distinct fermentation influences from deep well water and cement tank processes.
