Authentico Organic Tequila Añejo is a 100 percent agave spirit from Jalisco. This tequila uses Tequilana agave cooked in an autoclave and milled by roller mill. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks with deep well water before double distillation. The spirit ages in American White Oak barrels under NOM 1124. It offers very mild agave flavor and subtle sweetness without heavy oak mimicry. This light and easy drinking option retains distinct plant character for daily enjoyment. The deep well water source supports the clean finish found in this expression.
