Avión Reserva Cristalino is a tequila from Jalisco Southern made with Tequilana agave under NOM 1111. This añejo expression ages in used American white oak barrels before filtration removes its color. Distillers use stone brick ovens and roller mills to process the agave for this 40% abv spirit. Open air fermentation in stainless steel tanks precedes double distillation in a copper coil still. Deep well water supports the production process throughout every stage of creation, ensuring consistent quality in each bottle produced by this specific facility.
