Blue Nectar Reposado Extra Blend is a 40 percent abv tequila from Jalisco. This NOM 1459 spirit uses Tequilana agave cooked in an autoclave and milled by roller mill. Fermentation occurs with fibers in stainless steel tanks before double distillation in a pot still with copper coil. Aging in used American white oak and bourbon barrels imparts notes of cooked agave, vanilla, and caramel. The palate reveals immediate oak sweetness evolving into peppery tones with a short finish that lingers pleasantly on the tongue.

Olfactory Phase
Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.
