Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks using deep well water, followed by double distillation in column and copper coil stills. The liquid ages in used bourbon barrels, resulting in a profile with a distinct bite rather than lightness. This practical choice suits margaritas and mixed drinks, offering value for bartenders who prioritize function over neat sipping complexity.
