Bruxo No. 3 Barril is a Joven mezcal from San Agustín Amatengo, Oaxaca. Producer Candido Reyes makes this spirit under NOM-O184X using Karwinskii agave. Copper stills distill the mash to 46% ABV for a clean profile. Subtle woody and floral notes appear alongside warm white pepper heat on the nose. Green woodsy tones, sweet banana nuances, and salty minerality define the palate. Earthy clay aromas ground the spirit while copper adds a slight metallic edge. Bitter sensations and burnt peat linger, balancing vegetal savory elements with creamy almond sweetness.
