Bruxo Receta Inicial is a joven mezcal from San Dionisio Ocotepec. This low-proof spirit at 37% alcohol by volume presents a sweet agave nose with cool mint and creamy vanilla. The palate is smooth and caramelized, offering copper minerality typical of the region. Fruity notes of green apple and cherry emerge on the finish, followed by a floral linger that leans perfumey. Produced as Lote 50432, this bottle reflects the distinct profile of its origin. It remains a simple yet characterful expression of traditional agave distillation methods found in Oaxaca.
