Caballito Cerrero Chato Puntas is a Joven Destilado de Agave from Amatitan, Jalisco. This spirit uses Angustifolia agave milled by shredder and distilled in copper. The nose offers light agave aromas with candied sweet vapors and distinct pine notes. Entry is round and viscous, yet the high proof delivers immediate heat and a powerful impact. Palate complexity includes woody undertones and river-rock minerality alongside the core agave character. The finish lingers with an ultra-clean quality that extends for a long duration. This spirit balances intense thermal presence with surprising textural nuance and aromatic depth throughout the drinking session.
