Cabo Uno Añejo Reserva is a tequila made from Tequilana agave in Jalisco. NOM 1467 oversees production using stone brick ovens and copper pot stills. The spirit ages thirty-eight months in American White Oak barrels for deep complexity. Notes of vanilla, caramel, and subtle fruit emerge alongside distinct peppery spice. This extra añejo delivers a long finish with gentle sweetness and lingering heat on the palate. The texture remains smooth while retaining complexity through layered aromas of coffee and buttery candy. It offers a robust character suitable for extended barrel aging enthusiasts who appreciate ultra-premium expressions from Los Altos Southern.
