Cabresto Extra Añejo is a tequila aged for seven years in charred white oak. This spirit from Jalisco uses Tequilana agave and carries NOM 1509. Stone brick ovens cook the hearts before roller mill milling extracts the juice. Stainless steel tanks hold the fermentation while copper pot stills distill it twice. Delicate aromas of flowers, orange, cinnamon, agave, pepper, and vanilla emerge softly. The palate offers subtle sweetness with a clean finish that remains slightly thin yet pleasant for sipping.
