Calirosa Rosa Blanco Tequila is a 40% abv blanco from Jalisco. NOM 1459 marks this Los Valles spirit made with Tequilana agave. Stone brick ovens cook the hearts before roller mill milling. Stainless steel tanks hold fermentation without fibers for two days. Copper pot distillation yields a clear liquid with subtle pink hues from wine casks. Cooked agave and citrus notes lead to a peppery palate. Synthetic sweetness mimics cotton candy alongside dark chocolate undertones. The finish lingers with pepper and smooth vanilla flavors.
