Caos Tequila Añejo is a 40% abv spirit from Jalisco. This label uses Tequilana agave grown in Los Altos Southern regions. The producer holds NOM 1460 for this specific expression. Stone and brick ovens cook the hearts before roller mill extraction. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks using natural spring water. Two distillations in a stainless steel pot still follow. American white oak bourbon barrels age the liquid. The aroma offers great appeal with above average flavor notes. A noticeable bite marks the finish without being harsh. This tequila delivers straightforward character and clear structural integrity.
