Cape Horn Tequila Añejo

Cape Horn Tequila Añejo

Cape Horn Tequila Añejo is a 100% agave spirit from Jalisco. It uses Tequilana agave grown in Los Altos Southern region. NOM 1479 oversees production at this Jalisco distillery. Stone brick ovens cook the agave before roller mill milling. Open air fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks for ten days. Copper pot stills distill the liquid twice using distilled water. American White Oak whisky barrels age this tequila for twelve months. The nose reveals vanilla and toasted oak notes clearly. Roasted agave supports the sweet woody elements on the palate. This profile balances earthy foundations with prominent oak influence.
