Casa Noble Seleccion Del Fundador, Vol. II is an Extra Añejo tequila from Jalisco’s Los Valles region under NOM 1437. This spirit presents bourbon notes, sweet chocolate, caramel, and black cherry flavors derived from Tequilana agave. The oaky finish lingers on the palate after three distillations in stainless steel stills with copper coils. French Oak barrels impart deep color and rich complexity to the 41.5% abv liquid. Stone brick ovens cook the hearts before screw mill extraction and fermentation in stainless steel tanks without fibers.

Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.
