Casa Pacific Añejo is a tequila aged for at least one year in oak barrels not exceeding 600 liters. This category relies on Agave tequilana Weber variedad azul, the blue agave, grown in Jalisco and specific municipalities across Guanajuato, Michoacán, Nayarit, and Tamaulipas. Protected by a Mexican denomination of origin since 1974, the spirit must carry a NOM number identifying its certified distillery. Extended wood contact yields deeper color and more barrel character than a reposado. This label belongs squarely within the defined standards of aged tequila production.
