Casazul Tequila Silver is a blanco tequila from Jalisco. This 40% abv spirit uses Tequilana agave in Los Valles. NOM 1489 oversees production via acid-thermal hydrolysis and diffuser milling. Stainless steel tanks handle fermentation before two-column distillations. Deep well water supports the process throughout creation. Blind ratings at MBTC 2018 noted its harsh profile. The palate feels underripe despite pleasant aroma and finish. High cost relative to this aggressive mouthfeel remains a factor. Critics advise caution given the challenging initial impression. The column still shape defines its distinct chemical structure.

Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.

Citrus and spicy taste profile, with defined flavors of mandarin, grapefruit and cinnamon, which provide a fresh and vibrant acidity. Sweet notes of pineapple are perceived and a sweetness reminiscent of caramel. Acidic flavors predominate, accompanied by a subtle sweetness. The alcoholic sensation is medium-low.
