Cascahuín Destino

Cascahuín Destino

Cascahuín Destino is a high-proof Tequila Blanco from Jalisco. This expression uses NOM 1123 and Agave Tequilana grown in Los Valles. It features stone cooking and multi-stage milling for texture. Fermentation occurs in various tanks with or without fibers. The profile shows cooked agave, wet stone, and mint. Black pepper and citrus zest add spicy complexity. A thick mouthfeel coats the palate with mineral earth. Smoke lingers on a measured, warm finish. Deep well water supports this rich character. Distillation happens twice in copper pots for clarity.
