Cazcanes No. 10 Still Strength Blanco is a high-proof tequila from Jalisco made with Tequilana agave under NOM 1614. Autoclave cooking and roller mill milling precede two stainless steel pot distillations with copper coils. The nose offers lactic citrus, black pepper, and cooked agave aromas. Palate notes feature brine, minerality, and vegetal elements with a slick mouthfeel. Heat remains noticeable yet balanced by sweet agave and citrus brightness on the finish. Natural spring water supports this 54 percent abv spirit’s raw character and distinct profile.

Olfactory Phase
Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.
