Celaya Tequila Añejo
Celaya Tequila Añejo is a 100% Tequilana agave spirit from Jalisco. Produced under NOM 1438 in Los Valles, it ages in American White Oak and whisky barrels. Stone brick ovens and an autoclave prepare the agave before roller mill milling. Stainless steel tanks host fermentation with deep well water, followed by double distillation in a stainless pot still. Butterscotch and artisanal crème soda lead the profile, joined by maple and honey. Cooked citrus aromas precede a soft entry with full mouthfeel. Vanilla and roasted coconut notes complement the initial sweetness, creating a smooth texture.
