It is produced exclusively from Agave tequilana Weber variedad azul, the blue agave, within designated regions including Jalisco and parts of Guanajuato, Michoacán, Nayarit, and Tamaulipas. The Blanco designation indicates the spirit is bottled unaged or rested for less than two months in neutral containers. Olfactory Phase
Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.
