Hand milling and copper distillation define this 47.4% ABV spirit. Aromas of blueberry pie, orange creamsicle, strawberry twislers, and fresh custard lead the nose. The palate offers soft notes of powdered sugar, wildflowers, blueberry cobbler, and crème brûlée. This specific blend balances sweet fruit elements with floral undertones while maintaining a distinct agave presence through traditional methods.

Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.

Citrus and spicy taste profile, with defined flavors of mandarin, grapefruit and cinnamon, which provide a fresh and vibrant acidity. About the Brand
Comunidad is a brand from Hector Vasquez de Abarca, who ran production at Los Danzantes, and Ansley Coale, importer of mezcals and raicillas since 2004 and creator of the Mezcalero brand. They collaborated on Comunidad to find, bottle, and represent superb agave spirits with the intent of helping to preserve the society and culture from which they come. Society and culture create the depth that underlies these profound human achievements, but they are threatened by rapid commercialization.
