Corrido Reposado is a tequila aged in unique symphony barrels. This Jalisco spirit uses Tequilana agave and NOM 1412. Autoclave cooking and roller milling prepare the hearts for fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Two distillations in pot stills refine the clear spirit before aging in American white oak. The nose offers cooked agave, vanilla, and subtle barrel spice with citrus hints. Palate notes include caramelized agave, cinnamon, black pepper, and honey. The finish lingers with oak, vanilla sweetness, and gentle peppery warmth. This expression balances sweet wood influence with distinct agave character for the discerning drinker.
