Production involves autoclave cooking and diffuser milling. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks with classical music. The distillation process repeats three times using a pot still. This clear spirit presents high alcohol intensity at 40% abv. Prominent vanilla notes dominate the aromatic profile significantly. Herbal and floral elements appear alongside distinct citrus hints. Peppery finishes provide a sharp, spicy kick on the palate. Sweet and buttery tones balance the metallic edge slightly.
