Crotalo Gran Reserva Extra Añejo (7 year) is a seven-year aged tequila from Jalisco. This double distilled spirit uses Tequilana agave and NOM 1509. French oak barrels impart notes of whiskey, brown sugar, and cooked agave. The palate reveals butterscotch, tobacco, and pepper with a dry finish. Extended aging brings rich toffee and caramel alongside hints of fruit. Woody character defines this extra añejo expression from the Ciénega region. Stainless steel tanks support fermentation for a clean profile. Used barrels add subtle depth to the spirit’s complex structure.

Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.
