Cuish Arroqueno – Rufino Felipe Martinez

Oaxaca

Cuish Arroqueno, Rufino Felipe Martinez is a Joven Destilado de Agave from Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca. Rufino Felipe Martinez produces this spirit using hand-milled Americana agave in clay pots. The rare agave requires up to two decades to mature before harvest. Aromas present faint cherry, campfire, and candy notes alongside strong honeydew and kiwi scents. Palate flavors shift to mint, dark wood, minerality, and cardamom with medium viscosity. The finish is dry and sour with lingering heat and clay pot impressions from the distillation process.
