Autoclave cooking and roller mill milling precede stainless steel fermentation and double distillation. The profile highlights cooked agave, vanilla, caramel, and butterscotch alongside barrel spice. Dark chocolate, tobacco, and white pepper notes emerge on the nose while a medium finish mellows over time. This expression offers distinct value for its price point despite initial harshness that softens with rest.
