Don Gato Reposado is a tequila aged in bourbon barrels. It uses 100% blue agave and sits at eighty proof. The nose offers medicinal oak alongside golden raisins and Madagascar vanilla. The finish presents black tea and a short, somewhat bitter conclusion with little focus. Spotty tears appear in the glass.
