Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks before three distillations. Cooked agave and mint notes define the aromatic profile. Floral hints blend with herbal undertones on the palate. Sweet cinnamon adds complexity to the crisp character. Slight smoke emerges alongside celery and grass aromas. Warm peppery spice leads to a medium finish. The profile remains balanced without unnecessary additives.
